  There used to not be any issues getting my packages delivered. I live in a house behind a duplex and all the units are numbered and easy to see. I've had 3 skipped packages in a row because of the new person on my route. It's really not that hard to find my house because ups and fed ex can find it just fine. These guys are gonna get an earful tomorrow when I have to take time out my day to go pick up my package because your courier can't do their job

  This is by far the worst post office I have experienced. Even since they took over Amazon deliveries in the area, we have had several shipments go missing. Attempts to reach them by phone are worthless, and staff at the office is always rude. We have had other outgoing and incoming mail go missing too (checks, car titles, and other fairly significant stuff) and to this office it seems to be business as usual. Getting a secure mailbox from them does not seem to be an option, and a PO box a logistical nightmare (and probably would not guarantee not missing our mail handled by these people anyway).

  Ordered a few things from amazon and was super excited to get them especially since I got one day shipping on them for free. 3 days later still hadn't received the packages and thought it was a problem on amazons side so I decided to check out tracking feature on the app and at last I had found out they were delivered but they were delivered to the wrong box. I called them to see if they could help me and the lady was super rude (It was pissing me off and i'm usually a pretty cool headed guy). So I told her I would figure it out myself and thanks for the no help. The package luckily was put into one of my family members box and I was able to get them. I feel bad for the people who didn't get as lucky as me.

  The clerks at the front are no help at all and extremely rude. My experience with them was nothing short of awful. The gal I talked to on the phone however was nothing but nice and helpful. Her name was Patricia and she went out of her way to help. 1 star to the clerks, 5 stars to Patricia
