- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrific customer service from a horrific faceless corporate entity. First disclaimer: I don't bank here, nor would I. But I received a check drawn on Chase bank from a family member, and I chose to drop in to this branch to cash it. First, I had to endure the heavy handed push to open an account. Then they charged me $6 because I wasn't a customer. Sure, I understand they are in business to make a profit.
